Algo Child Safety Standards

Algo is operated by Creative Life Quest, LLC. We are committed to preventing the use of Algo for child sexual abuse or exploitation and to maintaining a service that does not facilitate harm to children.
These standards apply to the Algo app, Algo share links, shared feeds, and other services operated by Creative Life Quest, LLC.
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Algo prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, requesting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.

Grooming a child for sexual purposes.

Sextortion involving a child.
-
Sexual trafficking or exploitation of a child.

Soliciting sexual images or sexual activity from a child.
-
Using Algo or an Algo share link to direct others to CSAM or material that facilitates child sexual exploitation.

Attempting to use Algo to facilitate, normalize, encourage, or coordinate the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
For purposes of these standards, CSAM includes visual depictions, including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery, involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Algo provides users with an in-app method to report child safety concerns. Reports involving suspected CSAE or CSAM are treated as high-priority safety matters.
When we receive a report, we may review information available to us, including relevant Algo share information, content references, and technical records necessary to investigate the report.
Depending on the circumstances, we may take actions including:

Disabling or deleting an Algo share.

Removing content or references from Algo's services.

Restricting access to affected functionality.

Preserving information when reasonably necessary for an investigation or legal obligation.

Taking other measures reasonably necessary to prevent continued misuse of Algo.
Because Algo may display or link to content originating from third-party services such as Instagram, removing content from Algo does not necessarily remove the original content from the service where it originated. Users may also report the underlying content directly to the originating platform.
CSAM and Reports to Authorities
Algo complies with applicable child safety laws and maintains a process for responding to apparent child sexual abuse material.
Where required by applicable law, apparent or confirmed CSAM may be reported to the appropriate authorities or child safety organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the United States.
Algo may also cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies and other competent authorities regarding child sexual abuse or exploitation.
How to Report a Concern
If you encounter content or activity in Algo that you believe may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, please use the child safety reporting option available within the app.

When submitting a report, please provide enough information for us to locate the relevant Algo content, such as a share link or other identifying information.
Do not download, reproduce, forward, or email suspected CSAM to us. Do not send suspected CSAM as an email attachment. Instead, provide the relevant link, identifier, or other information that will allow us to investigate the concern safely.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services.
Age and Child Safety
Algo is designed primarily for users age 18 and older and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
Regardless of a user's age, the child safety rules in these standards apply to everyone who accesses or uses Algo.
Enforcement
Violations of these standards may result in removal or deactivation of content or share links, restriction of access to Algo services, reporting to relevant authorities, or other appropriate action.
Attempts to evade child safety enforcement may result in additional restrictions.

We may update these Child Safety Standards as Algo's features, safety practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with its most recent update date.
